Low -cost airlines ( low cost carrier / LCC ) Citilink , will adjust its flight ticket prices , following the policy of PT Angkasa Pura I, which implements a new fare airport tax at five airports under the auspices of the Transportation SOEs since 1 April 2014 .
The rate increase will take effect at the international airport Ngurah Rai Bali , Juanda International Airport Surabaya , Balikpapan Sepinggan International Airport , Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar , Lombok Praya International Airport and both domestic and foreign airlines .
Citilink Commercial Project Director , Hans Nugroho , in his press conference on Friday, April 28, 2014 said , Citilink will adjust ticket prices based on the circular of PT Angkasa Pura I have just received by the deadline that has been set .
" Citilink is still implementing policies that incorporate components into the airport tax Citilink tickets . For that we ask for understanding that passengers Citilink to a new policy set airport management , " said Hans was quoted as saying in a written statement .
Previously , Angkasa Pura I have set pelayananan rate increase Passengers Services ( PJP2U ) for domestic and foreign airlines at five airports . This increase is effective as of April 1 , 2014.
For the International Airport Ngurah Rai Bali , Juanda International Airport Surabaya , Balikpapan and Sepinggan International Airport PJP2U tariff for domestic flights is set at Rp 75 thousand and for the overseas flight of 200 thousand .
However , specialized domestic flights at the International Airport Ngurah Rai new PJP2U tariff adjustment will be effective as of August 1, 2014 .
For Sultan Hasanuddin Airport , PJP2U tariff for domestic flights is Rp 50 thousand and overseas flights is Rp 150 thousand . While Lombok Praya International Airport , PJP2U fare for domestic flights is Rp 45 thousand and for overseas flights is Rp 150 thousand .
This tariff is based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1 of 2009 on Aviation Article 224 paragraph ( 2 ) , which states that the tariff of airport services at airports that commercially cultivated entity designated by the airport .
